  106.  The BBS's above will always have the most current version of the DISP
  107.  software available. Also, in some cases, it is possible to request the
  108.  newest versions with a standard file-request (ask your Sysop). On most
  109.  of the mentioned BBS's, you can request the newest version by Freq'in
  110.  for the 3-letter product-code (MTA) and NEW, so MTANEW, XFDNEW, QFVNEW
  111.  and so on.

  113.  The actual DISP-HQ is point 2:512/100.5, but this is a closed system
  114.  and can not be accessed from the 'outside'). You CAN address netmail to
  115.  this point though !

  117.  Becomming a beta-tester and/or support-node
  118.  ───────────────────────────────────────────
  119.  If you think that beta-testing DISP-software (MTA, FileDoor, QFV, RFW
  120.  and so on) is something for you, then do the following:
  121.  
  122.  Zone 1,2 and 5
  123.  --------------
  124.  - Write a LETTER (NOT a netmail/echomail message) to the address above,
  125.    telling WHY you want to be beta-tester and/or support-node;
  126.  - Tell something about yourself, what you have done sofar in the area
  127.    of beta-testing;
  128.  - Tell something about your system (hardware, running software);
  129.  - Tell me that can work according to the rules mentioned below (*);
  130.  - Tell me your node-number;
  131.  
  132.  Netmail/Echomail messages that deal with the question to become a
  133.  support/beta node are (in general) not answered.
  134.  
  135.  You will get a written answer from me. There can be three cases:
  136.  - You are accepted;
  137.  - Your on the 'waiting' list. I keep the number of testers and
  138.    support-nodes low. When some node whishes to stop the testing
  139.    and/or support, the next one from the list is asked again;
  140.  - You are not accepted;
  141.  
  142.  Zone 3,4 and 6

  144.  As above, but you can also send me a netmail message (2:512/100 or
  145.  2:512/100.5 under Rob van.hoeven). We are still in big need of beta
  146.  testers and support nodes in these zones.

  148.  (*) rules for beta-testing/support node follow below:
  149.  
  150.  - You must come and get the newest beta-versions AND release version
  151.    yourself. The frequency is depending on the zone. In general, at
  152.    least once a week;
  153.  
  154.  - You must support the DISP-echo;
  155.  
  156.  - You can be a beta-tester without support but you can't be a support
  157.    node without being a beta-tester;
  158.  
  159.  - You must agree to a set of rules that are send to you when the deal
  160.    is closing;
